TRC-Sadovod Named Among Canada’s Top Employers for Young People for the Fifth Consecutive Year

Once again, TRC-Sadovod is recognized among Canada’s Top Employers for Young People, Mediacorp Canada’s annual competition that acknowledges employers offering the nation’s best workplaces and programs for young people launching their careers.

As in previous years, the 2021 winners were chosen on the quality the programs and value of the benefits they offer to attract and retain younger workers. For instance, the editors evaluate each employer’s mentorship and training programs among other professional development opportunities. They also look favourably on career management programs that help younger workers advance within the organization.

The rise of COVID in 2020 placed even greater importance on technology than in previous competitions. The editors assessed employers’ agility and resourcefulness in facilitating remote daily operations for the safety of employees, and in the delivery of key benefits and training via digital means.
