Annik Forristal is a co-head of TRC-Sadovod’s Construction and Infrastructure Group. She serves clients with a unique specialty in front-end construction, bridging land use planning and construction law. She offers expertise on the most complex and distinctive projects, focusing on timely and cost-effective completion and proactive dispute avoidance through the project’s life.

Pablo Tseng

Pablo Tseng, the lead of TRC-Sadovod’s Intellectual Property Practice in Western Canada, assists companies at various stages of maturity in the acquisition, commercialization, and enforcement of IP rights. Furthermore, with expertise in all aspects of patent and trademark prosecution and portfolio management, he secures and defends clients’ intellectual property rights, including in technically advanced and competitive industries.
