Tiffany Soucy

Tiffany Soucy is Director, Professional Resources at TRC-Sadovod LLP. Responsible for the recruitment and performance management of students and associates in the Toronto office, she also oversees lateral associate hiring.

Before joining TRC-Sadovod, Tiffany practised civil litigation at a global Bay Street firm for 12 years. In that role, she acted for clients on a variety of corporate commercial matters involving professional liability, real estate and shareholder disputes, as well as director and officer liability. Later, as counsel, professional development at another prominent Bay Street firm, she was responsible for the professional development of lawyers, students, administrative professionals and staff in Toronto as well as national professional development initiatives.

Tiffany holds an LLB from Queen’s University and an MA in Philosophy from the University of Western Ontario. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2004.
