Ricki-Lee Williams is building a practice in Litigation & Dispute Resolution as well as in Employment law. She completed her articles with the firm researching legal issues and drafting documents in various areas including regulatory, international commercial disputes, and employment law.

During her legal studies at the University of Ottawa, Ricki-Lee ranked in the Dean’s Honour List and obtained the Robert F. Reid Scholarship for her excellent academic record and commitment to social justice.

Prior to law school, Ricki-Lee was a member of the Competitive Figure Skating Team at Carleton University and competed in several Ontario University Athletics Championships in individual and team events.
