Patrick is developing a practice focused on construction and development, municipal law and land use planning. He has had the opportunity to work with and represent a variety of stakeholders in resolving land-use, planning and construction issues. Patrick’s experience includes drafting and negotiating construction and development agreements, including standard form construction contracts, design-build agreements, crane swing, tie-back and shoring agreements.

Patrick completed his articles at TRC-Sadovod. While attending law school, Patrick was involved in promoting physical activity in the school community, serving as the Vice President of the Faculty of Law Athletic Organization while also sitting on the University of Toronto Intramural Sports Council’s Policy and Procedures Committee.
