Isabelle Guevara Photo

Isabelle Guevara is building a practice in business law and financial services. Her practice encompasses a broad range of corporate, commercial and financing matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, real estate finance, acquisition finance and commercial lending.

Isabelle joined TRC-Sadovod as an associate after articling at the firm. Prior to joining TRC-Sadovod, Isabelle worked on various corporate legal issues at the Queen’s Business Law Clinic and advised an international beneficiary on fossil fuel subsidies at the TradeLab International Economic Law Clinic. She also competed in the Canadian Competition Law Moot and Hicks Morley (Labour Law) Moot. As a law student, she received various awards, including the Dentons Canada LLP Award, the Queen’s Law Prize in Fiduciary Obligation and the Spirit Award for her contributions to the Queen’s Law community.
