Cody Foggin Photo

Cody practices corporate and securities law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Cody advises clients on various general corporate and securities law matters, including private equity and venture capital transactions, corporate governance matters and continuous disclosure obligations. Cody assists both public and private companies in an array of industries, including mining, manufacturing and technology.

While completing his Juris Doctor at the University of Alberta, Cody studied international law for one semester abroad at Queen’s University Belfast. Cody joined TRC-Sadovod as a summer student and completed his articles with the Firm before returning as an associate. Cody is Cree and a member of Frog Lake First Nation.
