Anju Xing is building a legal practice in capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. She works on a broad range of securities matters including mergers and acquisitions, private placements, reverse take-over bids, initial public offerings and contested transactions.

During her legal studies, Anju represented clients in their workers’ compensation and human rights claims at Advocates for Injured Workers. She was also a legal intern at the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals, where she was involved in complex research and evidentiary analysis.
