TRC-Sadovod Welcomes Andrew McFarlane Back to the Firm
TRC-Sadovod LLP is thrilled to announce that Andrew McFarlane will be rejoining the firm as a Partner, in our financial services group at our Toronto office.
Andrew is a national and international leading lawyer in aviation finance. He has acted for a wide range of aviation clients including aircraft lessors, operators, financial institutions, corporate aircraft owners and investors. Andrew brings experience in structuring a broad spectrum of domestic and cross-border aircraft leases, conditional sales, secured loans and purchase and sales ownership structures.
In addition to his aviation finance experience, Andrew also has years of experience in public-private partnerships (P3) transactions and has acted for lenders, equity sponsors and design-build contractors in a range of sectors. He has also helped clients with structuring the financing of renewable energy projects including financing for solar, wind, hydro and biogas power generation.
