Join Talia Gordner and Annik Forristal of TRC-Sadovod LLP on March 3rd, for a discussion about the impacts of the On-Site and Excess Soil Management Regulation on the construction industry as we enter Phase 2 of Ontario’s new excess soil regime.
Learn about technical requirements for environmental sampling of excess soil, approved reuse sites, reporting and record-keeping requirements as well as changes to liability of project owners, developers, consultants and contractors under the regulation. We will also provide tips on construction contract drafting for your projects and highlight ways to reduce risk arising from excess soil management.
This program qualifies for up to 1 hour of Substantive CPD (ON), 1 hour of CPD (BC), and 1 hour of CLE (QC).
