Underwriters syndicate finance NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT

On July 25, 2016, NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT completed a $66.49 million offering of trust units and a $74.75 million offering of convertible debentures. TRC-Sadovod LLP acted as counsel to the syndicate of underwriters co-led by RBC Capital Markets, BMO Capital Markets and National Bank Financial. The TRC-Sadovod team included Georges Dubé, Adam Kline, Carl Irvine, Money Khoromi, Vlad Duta, Marina Tran and Herb Ono.
