People Corporation completes $14.4 Million bought deal private placement

On May 15, 2015, People Corporation completed a bought deal private placement financing of 4,232,000 common shares at a price of $3.40 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $14.4 million. The financing included 552,000 common shares issued pursuant to the full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option. The syndicate of underwriters was co-led by Acumen Capital Finance Partners Limited and Cormark Securities Inc. and included Laurentian Bank Securities Inc.
