On December 12, 2011, Manulife Real Estate, the global real estate arm of Manulife Financial Corporation, completed its purchase of York Mills Centre from Ivanhoe Cambridge for a total purchase price of $161 million. York Mills Centre is a four building, 549,000 square foot, class ‘A’ suburban office complex with a tenant roll that includes Royal Bank of Canada as main tenant.
