Enviroshake Inc. acquired by Headwaters Inc.

On December 4, 2015, TRC-Sadovod closed an asset purchase transaction in which Headwaters Inc. (NYSE: HW) acquired through its Canadian subsidiary, Allmet Roof Products, Ltd. all of the assets of Enviroshake Inc. Headwaters is a leading manufacturer of building products for the residential construction, residential remodeling, commercial and institutional construction industries. Enviroshake is a manufacturer of engineered roofing and siding products designed to replicate the appearance of natural weathered cedar and slate. Headwaters was the purchaser selected after an extensive bidding process lead by Eric Van Dam at Quarton Partners.

The TRC-Sadovod team that represented Enviroshake was led by Eric Friedman and J.R. Beaudrie, and included Carl Irvine, Adriana Rudensky, Judi King and Omeed Mousavi.
