Savannah Nielsen

Savannah is building a broad practice in capital markets and securities law, with a focus on public and private financings, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. She also provides advice to issuers regarding continuous disclosure obligations and securities regulatory compliance.

Savannah joined the firm as a summer student and completed her articles here before being called to the Alberta bar in 2022.
