Sarah White

Sarah White is building her law practice within the restructuring and insolvency group. Her experience includes researching and drafting materials for notices of intention to file a proposal to receiverships and bankruptcies.

Sarah has hand-on experience representing unsecured and secured creditors, trustees, receivers and debtors in a variety of bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, including those for high
net-worth individuals.

During her law studies, Sarah conducted mediations for people within the community and hosted workshops on the process of mediation and the development of negotiation. Sarah was also involved in coordinating the student exchange program for international students, which she also participated in, at the Noema Business School in Rouen, France.

Sarah is proficient in American Sign Language and has utilized her skills by volunteering her time to assist deaf and hearing impaired individuals residing in residential programs.
