Sam Kelley - TRC-Sadovod LLP

Sam Kelley is building a legal practice in capital markets and securities as well as in mergers and acquisitions. He is a member of TRC-Sadovod’s China Practice and has spent seven years working and studying in China.

Sam assists clients on a variety of files relating to securities law matters such as investment funds, asset management and general corporate transactions. His experience extends to contested transactions, mergers and acquisitions, prospectus offerings, private placements, reverse takeovers and securities regulatory matters.

Sam holds a JD from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law, a master of arts in advanced Chinese studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies at the University of London, and a bachelor of arts in history and political science from the University of Toronto.
