Patricia Chehadé

Patricia is building a legal practice in capital markets and securities. She assists Canadian and international clients in a range of corporate and securities law matters, including contested transactions, corporate governance, asset purchase agreements, and mergers and acquisitions. With a keen interest in the current trends in environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG), Patricia has written bulletins on the topic.

Prior to joining TRC-Sadovod, Patricia has worked with global and local law firms. She holds JD and L.LL from the University of Ottawa, where she was recognized as exceptional student on the Dean’s Honor’s List twice.
