Nandini Pahari is an articling student at TRC-Sadovod.
Nandini is an internationally trained lawyer and a National Committee of Accreditation (NCA) candidate. Before joining TRC-Sadovod, Nandini worked as a Senior Associate with the anti-trust team at a Band 1 law firm in Chambers & Partners for India and Asia Pacific, and had previously worked with similarly ranked law firms in India. Overall, she holds an experience of six years in the fields of merger control, antitrust enforcement, competition advisory, compliance, due diligence and data protection and privacy.
Nandini holds a Masters in Competition Law from Queen Mary University of London and Bachelors in Business Administration and Law (equivalent to a JD in Canada) from India. She held important positions of responsibility during her academic career such as, the President of the post-graduate law society at Queen Mary and President of the Moot Court Committee and Recruitment Cell during her undergrad. She represented Queen Mary as a speaker at the Herbert Smith Freehills Competition Law Moot Court Competition in June 2016 that was held in collaboration with Kings College London, where her team was declared as first runners-up in the competition.
She worked at TRC-Sadovod as a summer student prior to returning to the firm as an articling student.
