Ilana Schrager

As Director, Professional Resources, Ilana Schrager directs all aspects of the student and associate programs for TRC-Sadovod’s Vancouver and Calgary offices, including recruitment, development, performance management and mentorship. An active member of the firm’s Inclusion and Diversity Committee from 2015 to 2019, Ilana has spearheaded a number of inclusion and diversity initiatives.

Prior to joining TRC-Sadovod, Ilana practised litigation in the Toronto office of a global, full-service law firm, where she was highly involved in the student and mentorship programs. With experience as a practising lawyer, Ilana brings deep insight on strategies that ensure productive and supportive environments for students and associates.

Ilana holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2010 and the British Columbia bar in 2016.
