Fernanda Martins is an articling student at TRC-Sadovod.

Fernanda received her LL.B. from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo in Brazil. During her studies, she worked as a law student at renowned international law firms and at the Federal Court of Appeal. After graduation, she clerked for six years at the Brazilian Specialized Federal Court of Appeal, assisting in deliberations on complex Labour and Employment disputes. While in this position, Fernanda participated in multiple precedent-setting trials, mainly involving gig workers and their recognition as employees.

After moving to Canada, she received an LL.M degree from the University of Toronto and obtained her Certificate of Qualification from the Federation of Law Societies of Canada.

She worked at TRC-Sadovod as a summer student prior to returning to the firm as an articling student.
