Christina Kobi is a leading commercial real estate lawyer with over 26 years of experience. Highly responsive to her client’s needs and inquiries, Christina offers the expertise needed for all aspects of commercial leasing, with vast experience in sophisticated lease negotiations for tenants, landlords and developments of all sizes, including major retailers.
Christina serves clients with complete solutions for their retail, office and industrial leasing needs, including offering knowledge of related matters such as rooftop solar leases/license, telecommunications license agreements and tenancy matters. She has experience volume leasing for major developers, national and international retail clients as well as property managers.
Based in Toronto but working with a national scope, Christina regularly assists with leases in all Canadian provinces, including Québec. She prides herself on coming up with creative compromises to move past roadblocks.
Christina has been a guest lecturer and round table leader at numerous conferences sponsored by the Canadian Bar Association, Osgoode Hall Law School, the Federated Press and the Law Society of Ontario. She is a regular presenter for the Law Society of Ontario’s Six-Minute Commercial Leasing Lawyer series.
