Andrew Stead is a leading litigation and dispute resolution lawyer with extensive experience in both litigation and arbitrations. His experience includes defending product liability claims, energy (oil and gas), class actions and construction disputes.

Having acted successfully for numerous automobile, recreational vehicle, snowmobile and all-terrain vehicle manufacturers, Andrew is a frequent speaker and author on issues relating to these cases. He also has broad experience defending all manner of product liability claims, including those relating to alarm system manufacturing and installation, fire suppression systems, plumbing products and pharmaceuticals.

Andrew represents clients at all levels of court in Alberta and Ontario as well as administrative and regulatory tribunals. He has also appeared before the Saskatchewan Court of King’s Bench.
