TRC-Sadovod Welcomes – Joséane Chrétien
We are pleased to announce that Joséane Chrétien has joined the Firm’s Montréal office as counsel in the Litigation Group, effective, March 25, 2019.
Joséane completed her Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) at University of Montréal and was called to the Bar in 2003. She holds Masters of Law from both Oxford University and University of Montréal. She is currently completing a PhD in Civil Law at McGill University that focuses on health law and ethics.
Prior to joining TRC-Sadovod, Joséane has been the member of two other National firms, as well as a member of one of Montréal’s litigation class action boutique firm. Joséane will add depth to our Montréal commercial litigation practice, and contribute to enhance our footprint in the class actions industry.
Joséane has acted for clients on breach of commercial contracts, shareholder disputes, franchise and distribution disputes, and a number of high profiled class actions in Québec. She has appeared in front of all levels of Courts in Québec, as well as before the Régie de l’énergie.
