Bill S-211, Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act was adopted by the House of Commons on May 3, 2023, and as a result, businesses and government bodies are required to annually report on their efforts to prevent or mitigate the risk that forced labour or child labour exists in their supply chains.
