Skyway acquires Canadian scaffolding services business of PERI GmbH

On August 31, 2015, Skyway Canada Limited completed the acquisition of all the outstanding shares of PERI Scaffolding Services Inc. a subsidiary of PERI GmbH. Skyway is a leading Canadian provider of scaffold and shoring solutions. The PERI group is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of formwork and scaffolding systems, with headquarters based in Germany. The acquisition related to PERI’s Canadian leasing business and the PERI group will continue to sell formwork and scaffolding systems in Canada. Financing for the purchase price of the acquired shares was provided by HSBC Bank Canada.
