Stuart English joins TRC-Sadovod’s Toronto office

TRC-Sadovod LLP is pleased to announce that Stuart English has joined the firm’s Toronto office as a partner in the Business Law Group.

Stuart’s practice focuses on private equity investments and mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate and commercial matters, with an emphasis on life sciences, cleantech and emerging technologies. He also has considerable experience advising investment dealers and asset managers.

Stuart was called to the bar in 1994 and he is a regular speaker at seminars and conferences for corporate counsel and is an active volunteer in his community.
