Jaburg Wilk Mission Statement

To be the premier law firm for entrepreneurs and their businesses by providing creative, efficient, and practical solutions to their business, individual, and family legal needs.

Founded in 1984, Jaburg|Wilk is an AV rated law firm, the highest rating that a law firm can receive for legal ability and ethical standards. Our partners average almost three decades of experience counseling entrepreneurs, local businesses and national corporations. Our approach is to cultivate strong strategic partnerships with our clients and look to keep our clients out of legal trouble by helping them assess and manage their legal risks. We provide our clients with creative, resourceful, responsive approaches to their legal needs.  We explore possibilities. We search for solutions and we find answers.

Since its inception, Jaburg|Wilk has maintained its status as a mid-sized firm in a way that both preserves our culture and assures our clients they will receive expert, cost effective legal services. We are guided by 21 principles and behaviors that we call the JW Way.   Our firm has been consistently voted among the Top Ten mid-size law firms in Arizona by Ranking Arizona magazine, 2014 Best Law Firm by US News and World Reports Best Lawyers, as well as having lawyers listed as Super Lawyers, Best Lawyers and the named 2014 Best Intellectual Property Attorneys in Arizona by Arizona Foothills Magazine.   And one that we are most proud of, we are a Best Places to Work in 2013 by the Phoenix Business Journal.

Our clients come to us because we are unique in our approach. We are active listeners and proactive communicators as our clients have told us that it is important to keep them informed throughout their representation.  They come to us because of our skills as legal technicians. They come to us because we go to great lengths to understand not only their legal issues, but also their businesses. They come to us because we are passionate about our representation of them and we stay focused on what’s important to them. They come to us because we have style, persistence, and perseverance, pride in what we do and how we do it. They come to us because of our character and integrity. Our clients know us as innovative thinkers, detailed strategists and doers. We don’t want them to worry. We consider that to be our job.

Our clients come back to us because of our achievements during prior engagements. While we take pride in our expertise, we are even more proud of the strong bonds we have created and maintain with our clients. We remain committed to the principles that have made the name Jaburg|Wilk synonymous with excellence.
